Where are your products made?
All Studio Solmari pieces are designed from a tropical island in the South Pacific (true story) and made in small batches in China with quality and style at the heart. No bulk buys. No boring. No beige.

Do the crackers go bang?
Nope... and thats on international shipping laws. But they do come ready for you to fill with whatever fabulous bits and bobs you like.

Can I return something?
We don’t accept change of mind returns. Please choose carefully and check sizes before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within Australia. (If you’re reading this from Italy with a spritz in hand — hi, we love you, maybe one day.) We have also just added our neighbours NZ!

Can I pick my order up instead of shipping?
Nope, sorry! We’re a tiny team and don’t have a storefront. Everything ships direct from our Brisbane hub in December.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We pack everything like it’s Fabergé eggs.

Are the napkins/tablecloths machine washable?
Yes, but treat them with love. Gentle wash, cold water, no bleach, line dry. Basically: don’t let your cousin Dave near them.

Do you sell the crackers already filled?
Nope! Ours are DIY so you get to fill them with chocolates, tiny cocktails, or love notes. (We don’t judge.)

Will there be more collections?
Yes! Studio Solmari is a forever kind of thing, not just Christmas. Expect more scallops, more colour, more fun.

Can I stock Studio Solmari in my shop?
For now, we’re direct to hostess only. But if you’re a boutique that gets our vibe, email us we love a collab.

What if I miss the pre-order?
We make everything in limited runs. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Don’t wait ‘til Boxing Day and cry into your leftover trifle.
